Sometimes we say or do things we regret. We feel guilt from our past, or feel guilt for not being where we’re supposed to be in our lives. We may also feel guilt for letting ourselves down, or feeling like a disappointment to others. Whatever the case may be, part of our life experience is to have positive emotions and negative ones and grow from them.
In this week’s Omar Pinto Coaching podcast, the group helped Stephanie. Stuck on not being able to let go of guilt she has internalized for years, she feels guilty for not living up to expectations she has placed on herself in comparison to her family.
