It’s in our wiring to want intimacy and bonding with another person. Most of us search near and far to find meaningful love. When conflict arises and we lose all trust and confidence of who we are in a relationship, we can punish ourselves based on what we think we deserve. We can run our lives based on the deliberation of a significant other.
